Background: I've been programming in Expect, and thus, indirectly, in Tcl,
for several decades now, but have never really learned Tcl. For the most
part, you can ignore Tcl when programming Expect, since most of the logic
is coordinating the expect/send statements. But whenever I need to do
anything outside of this, I stumble and have to consult the manual and do
lots of trial-and-error for what should be simple Tcl things.
Here's the book I am considering - which was mentioned in another recent
thread on this group (sparking my interest in the book):
https://www.amazon.com/Tcl-Programming-Language-Comprehensive-Guide/dp/154867964X/
Amazon has it for $35. Is it worth it? Is there something better?
