    Yes.
    The DSN is essentially a INI file or Registery Entry.

    The only issue is gaining access which depends on your Windows securty configuration (folders, versions, ownership, etc. - ie from NP to PITA

    If you can read the Existing DSN file and you cna fand the place where
    it is strored then you cna probable also chnage it (as long as it is
    not encrypted).
