I am surprised to see there were lawsuits against Vinay Mutha and his wife Tina Shah.
Are there any updates to all this?
We met them a couple of times through church - Woodmen Valley Chapel in Colorado Springs around 1999. Although Vinay was a follower of Jainism, he attended the church small group - he said it helped his business.
I remember seeing their apartment - he rented two apartments - one for his office and another for his home.
He had Crohn's disease, he mentioned to us. In fact, when I googled for him and did not find any mention of him, I concluded he must have died from his ailment.
I recall him offering to find me a job during the 2001 tech downturn but nothing came of it.
