Good luck with your search, but I am guessing it won't be easy. Sun workstation were the very first target of the Xerox spinoff ParcPlace so I wouldn't be surprised if the student projects have been simply thrown away. On the other hand, Berkeley does
seem a little better than most at keeping stuff around.
You might want to ask David Ungar, though it is unlikely he would have it.
