  • Shades of a color: from blu to red

    (warning: this is a jpg format and the colors are a little distorted)

    I have to shift the arrow from blu to red;


    the core of the arrow
    is blu 29,29,255
    and the new core
    has to be red 229,7,7
    and all the remaining blu shades
    have to shift to the red shades accordingly.


    I have Paint Shop Pro 6
    How to do it?
