    Several area agencies are experiencing phone outages as there is a
    widespread outage on multiple networks.

    What we know is that both Wayne and Edwards County are having issues
    with phone lines as Clearwave is reporting an area-wide outage. White
    County Sheriff’s Department as well as Carmi Police are also down. 911 Service is up according to Edwards County Officials. White County
    Sheriff’s Department as well as Carmi Police are also down.
