    This is a complex subject and it doesn't have an easy answer.

    I'm sure you're aware that VPN's do not make you anonymous in the
    sense that your chosen VPN always knows your destinations. So it's
    not true anonymity. How far can you trust them?

    There's lots of snakeoil out there. Probably some are honeypots.
    You will never know what they log or track in the background but
    despite their public proclamations, you should assume that they all
    do. Don't assumee that for $49 a year that they will go to jail to >>protect you.

    You'll have to do your own research.

    of them. Is the user trying to hide downloading porn or pirated
    media content? What is the intended use of the VPN? The user
    does not say and it is stupid of you to say help them when we
    know not the particulars of use.

    I have been using IBVPN for two years and have had two minor issues
    with their service that was immediately resolved by their support
    staff. They have multiple servers all over the globe and if you do
    have any issues, they have great tech support and an IRC channel.
