Privilege escalation?

Hello,

https://www-304.ibm.com/support/entdocview.wss?uid=swg1IT21364 states
that there's a priviledge escalation bug in DB2.

The article has a link to https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss? uid=swg22006061 but that page says "401 Gone" and other error messages.

Does someone know where to learn more about the priviledge escalation
issue?

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg22006061 now works. And there's a privilege escalation in DB2 LUW, affecting non-Windows DB2
flavors. - With no mitigations, that is.
