Creo 3 + EMX 9 bug or something

Hi there,

I am quite new to EMX so excuse me if im not so enlightening.

Creating a new project on EMX 9, when i'm trying to change the default
size i always get the same error: "Part not changed since the last regen"

Searching the model tree i found that in the skeleton prt (shown in the
image i uploaded) , scetch2 dimensions fail to regenerate.

Am i doing something wrong, is it a bug, something missing from the
program?
