    No. It's "ageist" (or is it "agist") and totally true and valid.

    It's also damn annoying especially when she is whispering "loudly".

    If she's got something wrong with her vocal chords, get 'em fixed.
    If it's because of some "artistic" reason, then stop it. It doesn't work.
