He's also signed an executive order to decriminalize kiddy porn if it's made right here in the USA.

We can only hope for the day when all Americans will need to carry proof of citizenship on their persons at all times in case armed federal agents ask
them for their papers randomly and at the millions of police/military checkpoints he expects to establish nation wide.

regulated by Congress.

For STATE/LOCAL elections maybe ... but for FEDERAL
offices it may be different.

MAY need TWO ballots - local and federal. This really
isn't difficult these days, they can laser-print 'em
in seconds right at the polling site. Seen it done.

What's the matter, can't fake being a US citizen ? :-)
