    Actually, you do.

    Nelson Mandela was officially a “terrorist”. He achieved his aim of the overthrow of the Apartheid regime in South Africa in favour of democracy, didn’t he?

    Sinn Fein were a bunch of “terrorists”, too, weren’t they? Or at least their armed wing, the Provisional IRA, was. They signed on to the Good
    Friday peace agreement and became part of the legitimate political
    process, in return for disarming, didn’t they?

    All this talk that recognizing Palestine and sanctioning Israel over its mistreatment of Palestinians is somehow “rewarding Hamas” ... so what if
    it is? Does that mean we support the crimes committed by one side over
    those committed by the other? Of course not! Both sides need to be called
    to account.

    The U.S. is rewarding the terrorist jews who are commiting genocide
    upon the innocent women, children, the elderly and infirm of Gaza.

    You are stretching the definition of genocide beyond any reasonable
    belief!

    “Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of
    Genocide”, Article II:

    In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following
    acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a
    national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

    (a) Killing members of the group;
    (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
    (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life
    calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or
    in part;
    (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
    (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

    Remember, all UN members are signatories to this. That includes both
    Israel and the US.
