    The new $2.5 billion commitment from Apple is part of the
    company’s expanded plan to invest $600 billion in the U.S.
    over the next four years

    Part of that investment will likely be ... paying the tariffs on
    foreign phone imports.

    Interesting, as I thought that Corning's "Gorilla Glass" was already
    standard on iPhones. Maybe it was "most" models instead of all?

    Or foreign made equipment for manufacturing. ASML is an example on the
    chip foundry side.
    What will happen when Trump, inevitably, croaks?

    Alcohol. Lots & lots of alcohol.
