    4. speaking in any other language that the official prescribed

    5. mere presence anywhere near where real people do real work like
    farms, construction sites, factories, home depots and similar clearly
    forbidden locations.
    6. any sort of peaceful protest
    7. asking for officer identification
    8. knowing one's legal rights and the US Constitution
    9. asking for reasons of detainment/arrest
