US man arrested while filming Home

    July 7

A US citizen is seeking $1m in
    recompense from Department of
    Homeland Security (DHS) agencies
    after being arrested by officials
    last month when filming an
immigration raid at a Home Depot
    store.

    Job Garcia, a 37-year-old a
    photographer and PhD student at
    Claremont Graduate University,
was tackled, thrown to the ground,
arrested and detained for over 24
    hours, the Mexican American Legal
    Defense and Educational Fund
    (Maldef) said. The advocacy group
    is representing Garcia.

    The arrest of immigrants has
    escalated nationwide, notably at
    Home Depot sites, where undocumented
    laborers in particular gather in
parking lots outside branches of the
store chain, waiting to be picked up
    for casual work.

Such sweeps have been on the rise,
especially since a May meeting in
    which top White House officials
    placed significant pressure on
    Immigration and Customs Enforcement
(Ice) officials to step up arrest
    numbers.

    You left this part out:

"The DHS views the situation differently. In a statement to NBC, a
department spokesperson said that “Garcia assaulted and verbally
harassed a federal agent and that he was subdued and arrested for the
    alleged assault”."

*Zero* evidence that Garcia "assaulted" any ICEstapo agent. The DHS >spokeshole telling the lies about Garcia's "assault" is Tricia
McLaughlin, an exceptionally foul, dishonest and intemperate cunt. Every
word she says is a lie. She's basically a Karoline Leavitt clone. She
lied brazenly about Democratic lawmakers "body-slamming" ICEstapo agents
at a detention center in New Jersey:

A spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security was caught lying
about an altercation between federal security personnel and a group of >Democratic Party officials.

Trisha McLaughlin, an aide to DHS Secretary Kristi “ICE Barbie” Noem,
had accused Democratic lawmakers inspecting an Immigration and Customs >Enforcement (ICE) facility in New Jersey of “body-slamming” agents, >pledging to release video of the altercation.

But when CNN played the clip on Saturday, it did not feature anyone >performing the wrestling move.

“Dictionaries say it’s a wrestling move where someone is lifted off
the ground and slammed onto the ground,” host Victor Blackwell said.
“I don’t see that in this video.”

McLaughlin deflected: “Body-slammed, body-rammed, punched, shoved, >pushed— whatever you want to call it."

    https://www.thedailybeast.com/department-for-homeland-security-aide-trisha >-mclaughlin-caught-lying-on-body-slamming-claim/

The mackerel-reeking cunt just flat-out lied.

    Ahem:

    "Garcia said he continued recording
    the interaction, when suddenly, “with
no warning from an agent”, one of the
masked officials lunged at him, threw
the man’s phone and tackled him."

There is *zero* evidence to support that mackerel-reeking cunt
    McLaughlin's lie.

Anybody embarrassing the government by shooting images of government agents deserves a crack on the head and instand prison time without trial.

FFS, this is the USA, not some Commie gulag.

Got anyone else's video, showing the whole incident?

    Yeah.... thought so.

Lyin' Lee Lee the Wee Wee Wrangler ALWAYS leaves out something so the story is always slanted to the left, making victims out of
those who were NOT simple innocent bystanders, and who DID actually break a law... interfering with law enforcement.

    Here's what he left out:

"The DHS views the situation differently. In a statement to NBC, a
department spokesperson said that “Garcia assaulted and verbally
harassed a federal agent and that he was subdued and arrested for the
    alleged assault”."

This is yet another reason Lying Lee has zero credibility.

And you always believe what you're told by agents of the federal
    government, right?

Got any video showing the alleged "assault"?

    Yeah.... thought so.

Laughter! Do you think if they were lying the Guardian wouldn't dig
    into it?

So... ...why were no charges filed against him?

Doesn't really matter as interfering with the police is criminal in
nature not civil as Lying Lee claimed.

Given that the media isn't interested in helping Trump are you
surprised? They were more than happy to simply report Garcia's claims
    as facts.

Regardless, that wasn't the point at all. Lying Lee claimed that
interfering with the police would be a civil case. It's not. It
    would be criminal.

    Pretty simple.

But no evidence has been presented that he interfered with anyone so
    that point is moot.
