    So it took a lot of those 15-ton bunker busters to hit Fordow. I’ve heard
    one report say 6 bombs, another one said 6 B2 bombers, each with 2 bombs
    for a total of 12.

    Not sure if even that was enough. Did they get Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile? No sign of radiation leaks, so perhaps not. If that still
    exists, then destruction of enrichment facilities only stops them getting
    more, it doesn’t stop them making use of what they’ve got.

    In other words, it’s likely Trump’s claim that this is the end of US strikes on Iran is rather premature. Netanyahu will want him back to do
    more. And more. And more.

    And that’s the end of Trump’s claim to be the President that kept the US out of wars, not getting his country into them.

    That’s no big secret. The IAEA has been reporting facts and figures
    on that, as per their job. You *do* know about the IAEA, don’t you?

    Let’s just say, now that they’ve been attacked by *two* nuclear-weapon-equipped countries, any discouragement that they have
    been under *not* to develop a nuclear weapon themselves, has just gone
    out the window.

    Maybe yes, maybe no. They now FINALLY realize that the chickens
    may come to roost, and they may reconsider. They also realize
    that they are totally defenseless. Maybe someone will get a grip,
    put a bullet in the head of the ancient shit-eating roach who's
    leading them, and embark on a new direction. Apparently that's
    what numerous, perhaps even most Iranians, want.

    Reports are now saying 7 bombers with a total of 14 bombs. Each bomb
    cost a total of $13 million, while a B-2 bomber costs over $150,000 an
    hour to operate. Remember they were in the air for 30-40 hours.

    In other words, it’s likely Trump’s claim that this is the end of US strikes on Iran is rather premature.

    That initial assessment of that was dismissed by the White House
    spokeswoman as leaked by some kind of “low-level loser”. But now the
    DIA is backing up <https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2025/6/25/us-didnt-destroy-irans-nuclear-programme-heres-what-new-intel-says>
    the conclusion that the blow only cost Iran a few months of progress,
    rather than years or decades.

    Predictably, Trump is trying to dismiss that report as “fake news”.

    The CIA has a different report

    is actually disagreeing with the above: it says “several key
    facilities” were destroyed and will take years to rebuild, but it
    doesn’t say *all* the “key” ones are gone.

    And it turns out there is yet another facility, called “Pickaxe Mountain”, that is buried even deeper than Fordow, that remains untouched by Trump’s very expensive attack. Nobody knows what is actually there: the IAEA asked
    and were told to bugger off.

    What could be more secret than Fordow ... ?
