Trump and friends will use tactic after
tactic after tactic. Soon even the commie
courts won't be able to cope.
Under it all, the total obliteration of WokieCom
is the MOST important - the straightest path to
any kind of MAGA.
I'm with you that those people should be 100% deported. However, I want to ask you this: why do you (or why does it seem that you) HATE due-process?
Money? Can the feds really not spend like $20 to keep them locked up for another month? How expensive do you really think the food is in jail? Lol.
Ethics? If you claim they "don't deserve due process", why do you deserve
due process? Due process is what separates you from them.
A message? Are you trying to disuade others from coming in illegally? I'd argue Trump's doing a pretty decent job at that already.
A judge who is doing his/her job is not "WokieCom" because he/she disagrees with the DHS' rushing. I'd love for the DHS to get those people out, but
they need to do it the right way to set the standard. I don't care who
those people are, but I would hate to see DHS abuse their power in a couple years. (Some would even say the DHS's doing so now).
Also, what makes this judge a communist?

The eighth amendment does not have an out because it costs money.
The answer is clear. The executive decides when to initiate legal
action and can drop cases. It can empty gaol cells in a moment to
comply with the Constitution.

Perhaps you should understand the subject before you post - like why
the guy got arrested.
From the second paragraphy of your own citation:
"A Department of Homeland Security (DHS) spokesperson told Newsweek on Saturday morning that "there was no mistake" during the encounter,
stating that Venegas "attempted to obstruct and prevent the lawful
arrest of an illegal alien," thereby leading to his arrest."

ICE has no jurisdiction over citizens.
s soon as informed the
man is a citizen, they are required to Cease. And Desist. To deal
with citizens, ICE has to be accompanied with Marshals or FBI who
can deal with citizens. And a citizen does not have to prove they
are citizens.
'But what if an illegal immigrants falsely claims they are a
citizen?'
That is why this is an expensive and time consuming task. ICE has
to show up with enough documentation to know for itself.

I don't recall you complaining about twenty odd years of trying to pin something on Hillary Clinton. And all you got on Bill was lying about cheating on his wife. LOL!
