    I've read them, and you can EASILY insert "RADAR" or "on RADAR" into the statements, and they're 100% true.

    If someone says that something can't be seen by radar and then goes on
    to say it is "literally invisible" "even when you're right next to it".

    That means he is talking about two SEPARATE kinds of invisible.
