Because if it wasn't to suggest no change in historical reliability
rates, then what else could that statement been saying?
BTW, there was YET another outage at EWR yesterday.
It was "just" 2 seconds, although not clear to me yet if that was the
outage time not the full recovery time (eg, reboots/etc). As such,
can't yet say if it was low/med/high on severity or significance to see
if it might have been media now being overly sensitive or actually not.
