"British auto manufacturing giant Rolls-Royce" is absolutely 100% NOT
going to increase its manufacturing production in the United States"

"Increase" implies that there is some amount now...

...and Rolls-Royce doesn't manufacture any cars in the US.

In fact, the original news story had nothing WHATSOEVER to do with
    "British auto manufacturing giant Rolls-Royce".

    It doesn't matter.

Rolls Royce IS a car-manufacturing company. Just because they're
under the umbrella of BMW, has NO bearing on the FACT, that they
WERE and STILL are making cars.

    Yes....

    You did...

No one said that the car manufacturers were going to be the ones
expanding, only that "Rolls Royce" was.

No one said the Rolls Royce company was going to expand their CAR
    operations.

    So... (see below)

    in your first post:

'Rolls-Royce Expands Manufacturing in the U.S. to Mitigate Tariff
    Impact

In a significant strategic move, British auto manufacturing giant

Yes, but no one said anything about CAR manufacturing being
    considered for expansion, so...

    You said:

"In a significant strategic move, British auto manufacturing giant
Rolls-Royce has announced plans to increase its manufacturing production
    in the United States."

And that simply isn't true. The auto manufacturing company that makes Rolls-Royce automobiles has made no such announcement.

Was Rolls Royce considering expanding American manufacturing?

    Yes.

"Considering" isn't "announcing plans", is it?

The days of you wanting to argue semantics is over. Rolls Royce was considering expansion.

    Not the auto manufacturing company.

    So...

    PLONK!
    Poor little gurl.
