It's all about compromise and making a deal.
When working a deal neither side generally gets everything that they want. That's called negotiation.

Waste, corruption and so forth need to be trimmed.

We have gone on for decades growing government programs and useless to

the government to investigate would take decades because THEY are part of the problem.

A HUGE part.

We don't have the time to waste.
