    https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/overclock-any-raspberry-pi

    /boot/config.txt

That's probably in Raspian. You would check and see
if Ubuntu has done a similar thing.

There could be other software, which needs to be installed
to be reading that config file.

    Now, this article says:

    /boot/firmware/config.txt

    Good luck,

Just saw a video.... OverClock not supported at this time in 22.04 Pi.

Don't know how accurate it is.

Avoid the intial release of Ubuntu LTS, wait until the first point release. Read the article at the following URL to find out why. <https://distrowatch.com/weekly.php?issue=20220502#ubuntu>

I did read that, why I'm waiting on my other machines but this is the Pi; just for me trying new things
and in all honesty these have either proven minor ( can't remove or software not installed ) or not
    affecting what I do use.

For me at the moment it's like 95 % good that I can use and wait for the updates.

I also got most of my initial problems solved, 22.04 looks like it's a winner for the Pi.
