Do you have evidence that these were consent searches ?
Please post your source.

Feldsott's affidavit implies that Crescent voluntarily assisted the FBI. Scibor's testimony does the same for Klein's.
That being said, what is your evidence that the FBI acted improperly with either company?

I asked for copies of the search warrants.
I never said they acted improperly.
In fact, your answer is 100% correct. The searches were done by representatives of the companies, and because the companies owned the records,
there was nothing illegal about their search. It was up to the companies whether they would release the records to the FBI or whether they required a search warrant.
Although he doesn't mention him by name, Scibor's testimony says that he "got permission" to open the files and view the records from a company executive.
I assume that executive was William Waldman, the company vice-president who showed up and conducted the search at Klein's.
But you are correct.
No search warrant was necessary because according to the testimony of Scibor and the affidavit of Feldsott, both companies cooperated fully with the FBI
and willingly released to them the information in their files.
The rest of the trolls were too lazy to look it up. You weren't. Congratulations.
Everyone should ignore your attempts to shift the burden.
