WTG, Gil. Continue to ignore the visual evidence that JFK and JBC reacted at the same moment
and stick with these long discredited arguments that conspiracy hobbyists have been trying to
peddle for years. The people who created this video told a bald faced lie when they said the
Warren Commission claimed Connally had a delayed reaction to being shot. They never stated
that as a conclusion. They only presented it as a possible explanation for why Connally didn't
think the first bullet had struck him if in fact he had been hit by the first bullet. This is what the
WC actually had to say on the matter.
"If the first shot did not miss, there must be an explanation for Governor Connally's recollection that he was not hit by it. There was, conceivably, a delayed reaction between the time the bullet struck him and the time he realized that he was hit,
despite the fact that the bullet struck a glancing blow to a rib and penetrated his wrist bone."
Since the WC never concluded the first shot was the single bullet, it isn't necessary to believe
Connally displayed a delayed reaction. This has long been a disreputable tactic by conspiracy
hobbyists. They will take a word or phrase out of context, such as "delayed reaction", and claim
it said something completely different than what was actually written.
