    Again, Challenger. Wise up, gang.

I heard you and nothing you said refutes anything I said. Saying it a
second time still doesn't refute anything I said.

In fact, NASA's p.r. re the Challenger disaster refutes everything you >said. NASA clammed up on Challenger. First they claimed they were
doing so for the sake of the families, and then they said it was a
matter of national security. I lost track of their lies after that.

But you want it clear and loud? Fine. You're ignoring what NASA said
and the way they acted in the wake of the Challenger disaster. You
need to take another look into this.

Wow, I didn't realize there existed Challenger comspiracy theories before now!

I was working news back then. All of a sudden, and for the first time,
NASA was suddenly facing an unfriendly press and didn't know how to
handle it. NASA did everything wrong.

Oh, sure. There's a conspiracy theory about everything. Remember Kanye West >saying that President Bush hit New Orleans with Hurricane Katrina >intentionally?

I'm trying to imagine anybody conspiring with Kanye.

Oh, sure. There’s a conspiracy theory about everything. Remember Kanye West saying that President Bush hit New Orleans with Hurricane Katrina intentionally?

That's not a conspiracy theory. Bush dipped his finger into the waters
of the Gulf and conjured a hurricane to destroy the Chocolate City.

Far easier to believe lousy dumb luck or incompetent construction than
    a conspiracy theory.

I well remember sitting in the coffee shop taking a longer than usual
coffee break that day in Jan 1986. Heard a lot of "Holy SH**!" and
"Did you see THAT?!?" that morning and by the end of the day the sick
jokes ("don't tell anybody but NASA stands for 'Need Another Seven Astronauts'") were already going around.

Kanye West *is* a conspiracy theory.
