    I can't see anything prejudiced, or unfeeling, with a valid
    comment on how operations may be speeded up using something
    seen on TV 20 years ago.

    There may be behind the scenes hopes for a patent on something
    which already existed. Won't be the first time.

    It seems very inefficient using pallets for little packets
    of dried food.

    I don't see anything wrong with the comment.
    Did any specifics get pointed out?
