Microsoft GPX viewer and recorder by stefano64

This works to create, edit & view an arbitrary GPX track:
1. I created an online GPX track of a planned hike.

2. I exported it as a GPX file to my Windows 10 PC.

3. I loaded it into an online viewer.

It displays nicely on an OSM map and it's even editable.

However... I do not have a Microsoft Account.
But I can download this "free"??? Microsoft GPX viewer tool:

But it won't install on my Windows 10 PC.
