Thanks, Char! I've been annoyed for years by having to grope for
scroll bars, but I didn't realize there's a setting. I'll follow your
lead when I'm on my Windows 11 laptop.
In Windows 10, for those who still have it, Settings�� Ease of
access�� Display, and turn off "Automatically hide scroll bars in
Windows".
