• Windows-10 desktop icons

    Many moons ago I edited the icons on my desktop.
    This included, not only the text font, but also the colour and drop-shadow.
    Me addled brain cannot remember how I did it, and Googling doesn't help.
    Remind me please.

    I've found an interesting thing with Win10/11: Windows
    appears to be halfwit when it comes to picking between white
    and black text. Then I realized that it was going on the basis
    of the background color. When I wanted to switch black to
    white, darkening my desktop picture didn't help. But when
    I first set the background color dark the text went white!

    For drop shadows, see System -> Advanced
    system settings -> Performance.

    Font? Not sure. There are settings in Winaero Tweaker, but
    they don't seem to work. Win10 still has HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop,
    but it seems to be ignored.

    Aren't there some power shell scripts to do that?
