    That is not worded exactly correctly, but I'm not going to edit it.

    Make sure that your settings do not "aggravate" the Clipboard User Service. Notice how in my settings, I am not selecting any fancy services
    to encourage it to start. Whether this will help or not, I do not know,
    but at least this should be set so the system doesn't try to reinstall something.

    I think you may lose Clipboard operation completely if
    you disable the parent service.

    Now that I disabled a lot of per-user processes, Settings->System became inoperable. I could not reach that page anymore.

    Is there an alternative route or bypass to that? Well... :)

    Well my Window$ Experience is still fine. Firefox & Thunderbird are working as they were. Music is playing fine withg MPG123.EXE in a Commamnd Prompt. Powershell is working.

    I still cannot turn off that "Windows Push Notifications User Service xxxxx"... :)

    To disable Push Notifications:

    HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\WpnUserService\Start = "4"

    HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\WpnUserService_xxxxx\Start = "4"

    Optionally you should also disable the system Push Notification service:

    HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\WpnService\Start = "4"
