I have gotten telnetdoor to run but need the parameters to rlogon to C>J>i.e., there should be a parameter to log in with dropfile informati C>J>your server url address

Sorry I miss read your Question.
To use Rlogin The command I use is this
c:\wwiv\doors\telnetdoor\telnetdoor.exe -C3 -D%E -S10.0.0.169 -X%H
and the Break down
-C3 = Rlogin
-D%E = -d for dropfile and %E for wwiv to pass path and filename of dropfile -s10.0.0.169 = -s for specified server
-X%H = -X overide Default Client Username %H gives Username of User Logged into
WWIV
