I bought a joint present for my competitive wife and son - it's just a cheap game where you have 6 foam baton type things that attach to / hang from a horizontal beam. You pick your difficulty (1-3) then tell it to go and it drops a random baton for you to (try to) catch.
So far so good but I am already planning to mod it. I would rather it didn't beep before dropping the batons (unwanted hint) and I would rather it had semi-random times between drops rather than a fixed time. As a stretch objective it would be nice to have a difficulty level where two random batons drop at once.
I reckon a Pi Pico should do the trick, maybe with a few support components.
Is this normal behaviour?
What have you guys modded?
