Initial Waiting For Caller (WFC) Support Added to ENiGMA 1/2!

The initial support for WFC has been merged to master -- 'git pull origin master && yarn' to check it out! Be sure to look at the UPDATE.md and WHATSNEW.md!

Some highlights include:

* Semi traditional WFC screen with modern twists

* Available local or remote with secure connections
(default ACS is "SCAF2ID1GM[wfc]", or Secure + 2FA + Root User + belongs to "wfc" group

* 100% moddable/themable (of course!)
