Re: Telnet CR-LF

Hi
I've noticed magiterm which sends "CR-LF" when you press enter is causing "double enter" on some places particularly noticeable on castle rock when pressing enter then missing the oneliners, or pressing enter then missing the news on the dark tower game.
I tried sending CR-NULL instead which is to send a carraige return by itself, but mystic doesn't cope with that not letting me log in unless i
add an extra character.
What should I be sending when someone pressed the enter key? I always thought it was CR-LF.
The standard for Telnet is CR/LF, though CR/NUL is also acceptable. From RFC-854:
Therefore, the sequence "CR LF" must be treated as a single "new
line" character and used whenever their combined action is
intended; the sequence "CR NUL" must be used where a carriage
return alone is actually desired; and the CR character must be
avoided in other contexts.
