    Does anyone know how to run events every 10 minutes within the Mystic BBS
    event system?

    Yes set up an Interval style event. Here's one that runs every five mins on each day of the week.

    Ah, I leaned something new! I always assumed that Exec Min | 5 meant that event would run at 5 min after ever hour ie 4:05, 5:05, etc.
