Have never set it up. 30 years ago...was running FD/Squish/TG/RG...but had a friend of mine help me set it up. If I had to recreate it today to save my life...I'd be a goner. ;)

So I dont know if there are different BINKDs?

For my binkd, the number at the end of the domain statement is not intended to mean the zone number of the domain, but rather the zone number of the outbound directory. So in my case, they are all the same number.

This way binkd knows that everything in e:\fido\out is "zone 1", and thus something for zone 21 would be e:\fido\out.015

IE: Each of my domain statements has exactly the same number at the end (and in





































































































































































































































































my case they are all 10, since I run a private ftn network of zone 10 as my primary network).

Hub 3 is configured this way - and it is routing 7 or so other networks for me.

Its interesting (and confusing) at the same time, if the above configuration works for you :)

Not quite. When I ran 4D back in the 90s, all my Binkley domain statements had the same path AND the same default zone, which for your configuration above would be 1. So it should look like this:

I have confirmed that the above setup will cause binkd for OS/2, compiled on 4/29/20, to crash upon requesting that it "dial out" to a scinet node.

OTOH, if I have the setup like this:
