Added a much needed './oputil.js fb desc CRITERIA' command to ENiG's oputil. Where CRITERIA is a full or partial SHA, file ID, filename/wildcard. This lets you update/set a new description for a file base entry. Launches $VISUAL or $EDITOR if set, or vim/notepad depending on the system.
AWESOME!! I was thinking of asking you for something like that, but I wasn't sure how to describe what I wanted/needed or how to go about editing it. Thanks for reading my mind! ;)
