Zelensky has written an open letter to Putin calling for a meeting to talk about peace. Putin himself has not yet seen the letter. His ministers have, however. Peskov has already indicated that Zelensky is welcome to come to Moscow. He is therefore not taking it seriously. Russia wants to continue being hit hard night after night, and Ukraine is going to do as they please. Last night was another bad night for Russia.
