    Maybe I've found something :)

    I looked into my msgbase and I fond that only JAMNNTPD ECHO has this header in all the messages:

    00002 [ 10]: "Paul Quinn"

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
    00003 [ 11]: "Fabio Bizzi"
    00006 [ 36]: "Empty to field with all nntp readers"
    02000 [ 35]: "TID: FMail-lnx32 2.1.0.18-B20170905"
    02000 [ 11]: "TZUTC: 1000"
    02000 [ 13]: "CHRS: UTF-8 2"
    00004 [ 19]: "3:640/1384 5d4bf9f4"
    00005 [ 20]: "2:335/364.1 5d4bdc8d"
    02001 [ 62]: "203/0 221/0 1 6 360 240/1120 280/464 5003 5555 320/219 335/3" 02001 [ 25]: "640/305 1321 1384 3634/12"

    The most of all others ECHO BASES (I looked into some of them) don't contain that headerin any message, like FIDOTEST:

    Now, What does it means I don't know. :)

    I think it means that you really should reset your JAM base of this echo. Let's see what happens after that.
