    This is not the first time for such a shut down, nor a big deal.

    In November 2008 I happened to be in Lima, Peru. So was the 2008 APEC meeting (George W. Bush in attendance). Security had a great chunk of the city locked down, a no-go zone, armed dudes everywhere.

    NYC was shut down. For three days. Starting from 9/11/2001.

    Amazing. Did you get to meet The Man? Two firemen did after
    the events of 9/11. The Man told us all to "hug your children,
    and "go shopping." So we did.

    beloved Republican Party behind.
