    I see that messages from tg_BBS carry the kludge @CHRS: cp866 2

    It seems that until a year ago or so, they had @CHRS: CP866 2

    Why lowercase?

    Does lowercase or uppercase matter at all? I thought it was not case-sensitive. --- tg BBS v0.7.1
