    Definitely one to filter out - especially if Telegram doesn't deliver one
    message combined with a sticker.

    I'd hate to disable them on the Telegram side. Although somewhat silly
    and useless, the stickers can be fun if used properly.

    A reply to a message that had a sticker would look weird though.

    For this area it is ok to allow it... For experimentation. Other areas I don't know. It's probably best to disable it ...
