    I made a number of changes.
    - Now you do not need to use the %USERPROFILE command every time to change something in the profile.
    - Please pay attention to the message encoding. Errors are possible.

    I don't see any difference in the %help:

    %UserProfile (with subsequent commands) - register or change your user profile

    I think it is needed in a complete rewrite.
