I posted a message to CHAT, with a //CC to ASIAN_LINK. The
resultant messages had the same MSGID:

Shouldn't the MSGID's be unique per AREA, or unique per
Mailer/BBS?
The reason I'm asking this is because my OpenXP system is
configured to carry both echos and it tests for dupes, and it
decided to delete the one that was destined for CHAT. As a
result, my system only has one of the above messages
