4 c Zucchini; ground
4 1/2 c Onion; ground
3 c Carrot; ground
1 1/2 c Green pepper; ground
1/4 c Salt
3/4 c Sugar
2 1/4 c White vinegar
1 tb Celery seed
Combine all ingredients in large kettle.
Cover & simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp.
Pack in hot sterilized jars. Seal & waterbath 5 minutes.
