    Apparently it did stay connected... :) I was having some connection
    issues at this end as well, as Tiny's had been down the day I tried to
    send my two messages before the actual toast.... wasn't sure that I'd be
    able to come through either...

    Yes thank goodness. Today is a bit spotty again and we are at the start of another rain event. There is a wind warning for parts not too far from here but so far all we're getting is rain. Also it is warming up as we speak - 2 jan 2019 21:01:03 PST - so there is little to no chance of it snowing down here at sea level.

    Today we are having rain, and temps in the mid40s F.... Tonight that
    changes to snow, probably, and the temps drop.... the rest of the week,
    we'll have more seasonable temps for January, dropping into the 20s by
    the weekend, and with some chance of snow every day (although, what I
    saw was only about a 30 percent chance of precipitation right along)....
