I know nothing of dnf, but it looks to me like your sig of 6.4.9-desktop-4.mga9 kernel Mageia release 9 (Official) for x86_64
and your error message above on a conflict with mga9.nonfree.noarch
suggests you may have updated from the wrong repositories.
x86_64 vs noarch repositories.
Try ls -l /etc/urpmi/mediacfg.d and see what turns up.
The noarch packages are identical in the x86_64, i586, and aarch64 repos.
They only get built once, and then get copied to the other repos.
The two current firmware packages are
kernel-firmware-20231111-1.mga9
kernel-firmware-nonfree-20231111-1.mga9.nonfree
It looks to me like the nonfree repo was previously enabled, but isn't now.
Uninstall the kernel-firmware-nonfree package and after making sure the nonfree release and nonfree updates repos are both enabled, install kernel-firmware-nonfree
again.
