Hi guys,
I received this message from Ben Rose today:
In case there are any complaints of the math mirror, I lost 2 drives
back to back, with a 3rd pending total failure any minute now. I have 3 global hot spares configured, and it's 3 arrays each dual parity. So the
data isn't in jeopardy, but rebuilds can make things very slow.
Hopefully the SSD cache later atop the storage appliance hides that from
most users. Awaiting parts to bring it back to normal, but of course
that means more rebuilds.

Thanks. I noticed it when the mirror went down as I was downloading packages when it happened, and that it was back within an hour or so.
I typically wait for it to be down for at least 12 hours before trying to contact
Ben as I'm aware there are automatic recovery procedures though they don't always
work, or things may require a forced restart.
