    Remove the Ctrl-U/P global hot key settings, no longer needed as we have Loadable Modules for these (nodelist and privatemsg) configured by default
    in SCFG->Sysstem->Loadable Modules.
    Disable FIDOIN and FIDOOUT timed events by default.
    Disable NEWSLINK and LISTSRVR timed events by default.
    Added ftn-setup.js and xtrn-setup.js to the Operator xtrn menu.
