    HI Frank,

    Can you give me any tips/pointers to getting telnetd working with zeus.

    I grabed the telnetd software from aminet, set it up. When I make a
    connection I get the telnetd Login: prompt instead of zeus starting up.

    I'm using Easynet (Amitcp V3.0B2) from amigakit for the network.

    Have been using telserd for the bbs here for ages, but all of a sudden it's stoped passing the connections though to zeus. Yes I've re-installed amitcp
    and telserd. I've not made any majour system changes, except for inside the adsl modem to forward port 23 onto the amiga system (was going to mbse).

    No.. The "Login:" came from the telnetd program.

    make a telnet bbs list ?, or add them all to amiganet nodelist ?

    I have found what the problem is.. See netmail, as I wont say what it is in public.

    it always do imho, in the setup we want on amiga

    zeus should listen on a telnetd device, and that device should server on port 24554 to the internet

    port 23 should still be telnet if you like to have bbs users
